A superb touring base, it is just 20 minutes' drive from Hereford, Ledbury, Gloucester and the Malverns, with the Forest of Dean and the Cotswolds also nearby. Just 2 miles away is the attractive town of Newent, whilst close by are numerous golf courses, fishing facilities and tennis.
Visitors also enjoy Ford Farm's own 4 hole pitch and putt, but if you really want peace and tranquillity you can stroll in the grounds and relax by the lake, which is a haven for wildlife.

"We arrived on the Friday early just to see where the lodge was situated. We were greeted by one of the staff who was very helpful. We explained that we had only come to see where we were staying and would hen be off again. On our return we were again greeted and shown round the cabin. The log cabin was perfect in every way clean, tidy and warm. The hot tub was fantastic and really made the holiday especially after a 14 mile bike ride!!
The location was ideal for exploring the Forest of Dean and the local food was excellent and the staff were excellent and we cant wait to return!!!!! Many thanks for a great Easter!!!"

"Very peaceful, restful location, ideal holiday if you want to get away from the "rat-race", the owners are not intrusive, but are always on hand if you need anything. We felt so rested when we got back that we are going again this year! What better recommendation is there!"
