"The lodge was situated right bang in the country and it was very tranquil and peaceful. The lodge was superb and the hot tub was lovely. It was only an hours drive from the Lake District so you had the best of both world as the North Yorkshire dales is stunning as well as Lake District. The owners were lovely and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them and they recommended lots of lovely pubs where you can get excellent value for meals. The entire estate is new and just perfect, we couldn't have asked for more."

"Westholme Estate was great, the view from our lodge, over the hills was stunning. I can highly recommend the food at Hendersons Bar & Bistro on site, one of the best meals we have had and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We will be back again, but will stay in a lodge with a hot tub next time for a romantic break."
