"For peace and tranquillity you can't beat it. The lodge itself you cannot fault, we all enjoyed our stay and it was great for the dog."

"The lodges at Winkleigh must be in one of the most peaceful locations imaginable, and it is just a superb place to recharge your batteries, whether or not you are an angler who can take advantage of a well-stocked lake that you can fish from your bedroom window! The orchards add to the sense of getting away from it all, and although it takes time to drive anywhere, the countryside is beautiful. Our lodge was very comfortable and well-appointed throughout."
