The Park is adjacent to the beach below Sinniness Point which offers superb fishing and safe swimming in water warmed by the Gulf stream. Luce Bay enjoys a truly unique and peaceful setting, perfect for those seeking an away from it all holiday.The park has a shop for essentials and a children's play area to keep the kids amused. Just 50 yards from the park entrance is the third oldest Inn in Scotland.The area is ideal for golfers, with four golf courses within 20 miles, and Turnberry is only an hour's drive away.

And the bay where the saint is said to have first set foot in Scotland is where you'll find St Ninian's Cave. The chapel dedicated to the saint lies in the Isle of Whithorn, a gorgeous little village lying at the southern tip of The Machars. No longer an island, it still boasts a very picturesque working harbour.

"We spent a week on this lovely tranquil park and ended up buying a caravan there, you can't get a better recommendation than that! The park is small, quiet, friendly and well maintained. The beach is mostly pebbles and the sea is very clean looking, great for walking our two dogs. Sometimes the only sound heard on the park was the sea. If you are looking for peace and beautiful sea views this is the place for you.
There was plenty of places to visit and quite a few pubs and cafes accepted dogs, which again was very useful."
