"Very quiet and peaceful park, require a vehicle but found it central to the places we wanted to visit and an excellent train service to London."

"As a family we really enjoyed the lodge. A really quiet place to stay, clean and cosy. A good location to discover Kent and Sussex - we went to Winchelsea beach which was lovely, but no one warned us it was mud under the sand, so a pair of wellies would have been useful. We also spent another day at Camber Sands - a fabulous beach, all sand, it was like being in the South of France. Rye was a great place for antiques and we had some delicious food at a restaurant called Simply Italain. Great Dixter House, Rye, was amazing, a truly romantic 15thC house and gorgeous gardens - a real step back in time."
