Ideally placed for exploring the Borders this picturesque park is set in beautiful countryside and offers you spectacular views across the hills and vales of Selkirkshire.
The surrounding area is a paradise for nature lovers and the famous fishing and walking spots of the Border region are also close at hand. A shop and launderette are available all year round.
There’s so much to see and do within easy reach of our holiday parks in Selkirkshire. The beautiful landscape was inspiration to Scottish writers like James Hogg, the 'Ettrick Shepherd’. His life and work are celebrated at Bowhill House, a Georgian mansion also home to an exceptional art collection and with lovely woodland walks in its extensive grounds. A must for any caravan holidays in Selkirkshire is a trip to Abbotsford house, the home built by Sir Walter Scott. As well as featuring turrets and battlements, it boasts a number of historic relics including Rob Roy’s gun. In the town of Jedburgh, pretty painted houses line the main street - take a town tour, and explore the ancient abbey ruins. And there’s wonderful walking and glorious views to enjoy in the twin valleys of Ettrick and Yarrow.

"The quiet and serene atmosphere combined with the scenery and wildlife made for an excellent break. Also the range of walks and cycling opportunities are superb and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is also excellent. The local towns of Selkirk, Hawick and Galashiels, whilst being around 40 minutes drive away are well served with shops and entertainment, as well as museums, country parks and leisure pursuits. All in all a perfect family holiday!"
